this map has elevator mod, but if you dont have that i have put a stack of ladders in a chest on the first floor just place them all the way up. unlike pretty much all my other maps this dosent have too much redstone :( also you really need a different texture pack for this to look good, i suggest the dokucraft pack, thats the one in the pictures
