Cool statue. Though, you got the dimensions wrong. Since I can't see all of the statue, I'll post what the dimensions should be.

Head: 8 Long, 8 Tall, 8 Wide. Should stick out two blocks in front and back. Should align vertically with the Torso.
Torso: 8 Long, 12 Tall, 4 Wide. Should align vertically with the Head and Legs. Should align horizontally with the Arms.
Arms: 4 Long, 12 Tall, 4 Wide. Should align horizontally with the Torso.
Legs: 4 Long, 12 Tall, 4 Wide. Should align vertically with the Torso.

Just follow these, and they'll be looking perfectly realistic! Also, if you ever get a chance, try looking at someone else in-game, and making a statue of them by eye.
