This is a modern house, as I'm sure you can see.
It's designed for single living and entertaining. The average 22 year old is sure to have their parents, siblings and work associates over on numerous occasions.
It's got 2 balconies, one on the guest room, the other, bigger, one on the other bedroom (I wouldn't quite call it a master bedroom-have you seen the size of it?). The big deck could probably serve as a party deck.
Anyway, enough talk- here are the photos.
