The failure of the BTR-80 has pushed the Russians to design a new APC. Better armored, better gunned, and even more troop capacity. The new vehicle was called the BTR-92 and has a 100mm gun, and improved armor. (Sacrifices on the side view of the build were made to compensate for the banners used.
