1. Get some better pictures. You can achieve this simply from allowing chunks to load in and installing shaders, which are simple to install but rather than give you a long winded explaination, there are many on the internet.
2. Upgrade your plazas, sidewalks etc. Your buildings are great but do not really fit well together. Try upgrading some plazas and sidewalks, and take a look at cities you are inspired by on Google Earth and Pictures.
3. Last thing, try giving your city a backstory, name and fictional location. Its obvious that it is a city in USA, but for such a big country try making a state for it, for instance my city I am working on is in California, USA.
Hope you take this constructively. I don't mean to non constructively criticize your city, it is great. Enjoy the diamond ;)
