This build is about a bulk-handling crane based on a real crane in Romania. It's a double jib crane and is meant for loading and offloading bulk carriers. As you can tell there is no grab bucket on the crane because it is located on a pier decommissioned form its original purpose while now serving a multipurpose role. You can try building one if you want but I'm probably going to update the file with a grab bucket some time in the future.
