I'm sorry, I am clueless. What is a render? Do you like, 3D model and paste it into minecraft?

A render is where you take a Minecraft build and import it to a program such as Blender, and set up a scene with lights to make a nice looking image of your build - as seen in the first picture. In this instance it is confusing because I sculpted it in blender, exported it to minecraft and then imported it back to blender, essentially just 'voxellizing' the sculpt, but when someone says minecraft render they just mean they made a nice picture of their minecraft build by putting it into blender.

so basically, u make something, put it in blender to make good lights and stuff?
