How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

Venture through the vast board game world of Candy Land from your childhood in Minecraft! Gather a group of 2-5 people, outlast your opponents, and be the first person to reach the finish space! Every few rounds, play a minigame that'll give you a reward depending on how well you score in it! Land on challenge spaces that will determine how worthy you are of moving forward, or moving back! Lastly, collect & use items along the way that'll either help you, or hurt others!

In addition to the 44 minigames, 20 challenges, and 18 items, there are 4 boards to choose from:

Classic: Difficulty: 1/5 -- A Minecraft remake of the classic Milton Bradley Candy Land board game you may have grown up with! Traverse a beautiful land of candy & dessert and be the first to reach King Candy's Castle! The original board game was created by Eleanor Abbott in 1949 for children sick with polio, and continues to see new versions released today!
Lava Cake Mountain: Difficulty: 4/5 -- Make your way over to Lava Cake Mountain, an active volcano mountain that flows chocolate lava! It may look delicious, but it's dangerous! The mountain consists of five layers that wrap around the mountain, and each layer has a lever! In order to unlock the bridge to the finish space in the ice cream scoop on top, ALL FIVE LEVERS must be flicked! Players will split up to flick each lever, and once that's done, race to the finish line! But be careful -- every 8 rounds, the volcano will erupt and break bridges! Don't be standing on the bridges, or you'll be sent to the bottom!
Sugar Rush Raceway: Difficulty: 2.5/5 -- Think you have what it takes to win the Sugar Rush Cup? Then head on over to Sugar Rush Raceway at the Jerries Speedway! Compete in 5 laps around the racetrack and stop by all the item shops you can to boost yourself, or use against others! In the spirit of the Baby Park track from Mario Kart Double Dash, there are many, MANY items to use, so go crazy with the items and be as chaotic as you want, and feel the adrenaline as you race around the track! The item shops can be reset!
Toxic Waste Land: Difficulty: 3.5/5 -- In the year 2105, the once-popular Toxic Waste candy bought out all energy usage and fossil fuels and took over the world. Travel through the polluted radioactive world of Toxic Waste and overcome various obstacles along the way, like gates that require keys, broken bridges, splitting paths, and even --gasp-- parkour! Can you survive all the challenges thrown your way as you take an adventure through Toxic Waste Land??

IMPORTANT SETTINGS!

Game is only compatible with 2-5 players! Other players can still join the world as spectators!
Play this on Minecraft 1.21.10! If you accidentally load in another version, please reset the world before playing!
Enable command blocks! If you accidentally load with them off, please reset before playing!
Do NOT play on Lunar Client -- is not compatible with that!
Make sure you install the resource pack above and remove any excess ones! (Shaders are fine!)
Do not play with any mods installed! (Optifine should be fine)

A hotfix to a hotfix!

The Dapper Dropper minigame no longer softlocks under any conditions
Played items that didn’t teleport non-Turn players back to the board now do
After moving back 6 spaces from the item, you’re put in adventure mode
In the Tile Wars minigame, each team now has a small set of concrete on opposing sides that can’t be captured by the other team, so that total dominance can’t occur
Also for Tile Wars, the time has been increased by 10 seconds simply because I like that minigame that much, and the counting at the end goes a bit faster
More wolves for Tame Wolves minigame
Games with opposing teams that don’t use PvP now have PvP turned off to avoid accidental deaths
Resistance is now gone for Blindsides minigame
Frontlines minigame: the tacklers have a bit longer of a reach
Fixed issues with Steal Item item
Fixed issue with not being able to use an item after -6 spaces
Also, the minus 6 space now is labeled as “minus 6” where it was previously called “minus 5”
The Subtract Reward item now subtracts 7 items from a player now
The shivering noise when the bridge breaks on Toxic Waste Land is shortened
Fixed issue where internal date & time was 24 hours ahead of real life
Issues with premature finish-space triggers fixed

history

tried playing it with my friends again, the map always says "there needs to be 2-5 players" or something like that, even though we are already more than 2. when one of my friends clicked the solo button then pressed the start button, i cant get the cards then the game starts and gets softlocked

I′ll be honest). Lava Cake Mountain is the most useless board, there′s no competitive mode. The swap item that swaps players is unbalanced, and the two-turn skip is also unbalanced. We agreed never to take it; we felt better without it. The race track is weird, too much randomness. There are a lot of shortcuts and a bunch of shops, but there are no interesting challenges, like those on the Toxic board. Classic and Toxic boards are the most decent; I wish there were more boards like them. It would be cool if you didn′t have to teleport to the board to move.
The map is okay, the minigames are interesting, but some boards are unbalanced.

my group played the new version and it is a bit of a buggy mess we were playing on the toxic waste map and if more then three people entered the parkour it softlocked also the ring around the rosie minigame did not work also a challange did not start
