Captil - A Modern Sideways Building

Because of most economic and city growth being spawned in the Imperial Age around 1800/1900s, This Architecture is common around "modern" (not entirely Medieval) cities around the Western World, as huge parts of cities recieved makeovers based on the wealth of the populace and on the functionality of the buildings themselves. Since these buildings provide standard size office rooms and vast amounts of living space, they only get torn down when they become obsolete or the retrofitting with eco-friendly facilities becomes more expensive then a new building.

I can not consider this building modern. But it is quite a sight to see. A good build!
