Q. What is Capture the Emerald?

- Capture the Emerald is a multiple player PvP based game similar to other "Capture the Flag" games.

Q. How many people can play?
- As much as you want/can host. However, there are limited resources at the start.

Q. How do you play?
- After picking teams, each player hits their team's spawn point button. Once at their base, each team has 2 minecraft days to gather materials and goods that will help them defeat the other team. During these 2 days, both teams CANNOT attack each other unless contesting materials (example: found a chest with goods). However, at the start of the 3rd day, both teams may attack and kill each other. The game ends at midnight that night.

Q. How do you win?
-Depending on your team, you achieve victory differently. If you are the KINGDOM (defending), you must keep the other team from capturing the emerald and returning it to their base until midnight of the 3rd day. If you are the REVOLUTION (Capturing), you must capture the emerald and return it to your base before midnight of the 3rd day.

Q. What if someone on the Kingdom just holds onto the Emerald?
- In recapturing the emerald, the player most return the emerald to its holding place in a timely manner. If the player holds onto the emerald beyond a reasonable time to replace it, the Revolution can be granted an extra day. This is a judgment call and one that both teams should agree on.
