We are presenting you this castle which is based on the "Schweriner Schloss" in germany.

Lore
This castle is a replica of the "Schweriner Schloss" in germany. I visited it with a friend and was stunned by this building. I immideatly took photos from all sides of the building to repolicate for you all.

The hard thing on this project is the fact that nothing is that no sides are straight to each others. We have weird angles on all sides and inconstistent heights.

But that is not preventing us from recreating it as good as we can.

Die Fassade ist richtig gut getroffen.

Ich persönlich finde ja, das Schwerin das schönste deutsche Schloss ist - auch wenn ich noch nie da war...

Ja. Ich finde auch das es mit das schönste Deutsche Schloss ist. Durch die ganzen Anbauten welche von 4 unterschiedlichen Bauherren getätigt wurden sieht es so verschachtelt aus was aber wiederum den Charme des Gebäudes ausmacht.



Was jetzt hier schwierig um zusetzten ist sind die Proportionen. Die größte Abweichung die wir bei diesem Bau haben sind zwar gerade einmal 6m, aber da man ja in Minecraft bekannterweise nur in 1m abständen Blöcke setzen kann gibt es Probleme bei der Anzahl an Säulen oder Fenstern.



Wir haben uns hier jetzt dafür entschieden die Proportionen beizubehalten und dafür einige Fenster oder Säulen fehlen zu lassen.

Kenne diese Probleme nur zu gut. Besonders bei meinen Nachbauten von eher kleinen Objekt (ein AoE Haus zum Beispiel) ist oft das Problem, dass das Minecraft Äquivalent einfach schon in die Größenordnung Herrenhaus gehen muss, weil man es sonst nicht erkennen könnte - und wenn ich dann so kleine Details wie eine Säule einbringen will wir der Maßstab noch viel größer....
