Battleship DTBE 2016
After a long break I once rebuilt a little further.
Since the port project was simply huge and unmanageable, I decided the various ships in another world ready individually to build and then can be followed in the port project. www.planetminecraft.com/project/science-fiction-catamaran-warship/
In this publication, it's all about the catamaran battleship. Submarines are not mine, only by chance in the picture and I raise no claim to this!
Now the ship.
A catamaran with 180m length and 63,5m width. Powered by 2 powerful waterjets. the electric motors of the jets are powered by two high-pressure fusion reactors with electricity. (Fiction)
On 6 towers are each 2 500mm Railguns. this main armament is supplemented with several twin towers 150mm Railguns.
For air defense the ship has 3 systems. The direct close range cover several Phalanx 1B. The advanced short-range place is monitored by LFK NG. Until 40km IRIS-T SLM serve as a strong air defense shield.
The secondary missile armament consists of 20 launching tubes for anti-ship missiles AGM-158C LRASM and 4 launch tubes for Taurus KEPD 350 cruise missile.
Also 2 tubes for torpedoes series Mark 48 Mod.7 (CBASS) are located in the front hulls briefly over the water surface.
