How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

A small adventure map i've been working on. It still needs a bit of work, so i've made a tester for people to try and point out any mistakes/problems.

How it should be played

MUST be on easy/normal/hard (easy recommended)
and don't destroy any blocks unless told to.
