National home builder Pulte Homes recently started a new development of 3-storey townhomes in my area and I had been looking to start a new neighborhood which included townhomes as supposed to single family homes. I went on Pulte's website and found that they offered 4 different floor plans in the community. The Chandler & Dickenson have rear entry garages while the Chadsworth & Devereaux offer front entry garages. Each floor plan is also available as a "2" or a " 3" . The "2's" have a total of 3 bedrooms with 2 of them being upstairs. The "3's" have a total of 4 bedrooms with 3 of them being upstairs. I plan to create a new neighbor hold that incorporates all of these plans and their different elevations that are available. This plan is a Chadsworth 3 (Elevation 33) left side end unit.
