this the best charged creeper farm that i have see if you now of one that's better pls let me now.
if you find any bugs in the design pls let me now and i will fix it.
this is for minecraft 1.10 it may work in 1.8 i have not tested it tho.
when lightning hits it will hite up to 4 units making it vary effective but its not effective if you do not have a vary big area if you only have 1-4 it will not work your chances of lightning hitting 1 are vary low so you need a lot of them for it to be effective
