This Villa marks the third installment to my Modern House Builds. This one is at 50% completion because I decided to try something new where you can download it and it is ready to be furnished! You can download it and furnish it anyway you like for the time being. I plan to finish it and furnish the inside myself so download it while you can!

I think that this is pretty good, but the back and the sides of the house need work on the outside.
