How to find on server: Visit the city by going to planet Quebec in the Argus system.

Chocolate Town, also known as Mos Cocoa, is the capital city on the planet Quebec. The planet is known for it's harsh, arid climate with little to no life - but is inhabited by the gigantic Quebecian Sandworms. Quebec is extremely rich in redstone, which is required for interplanetary travel. This makes Quebec ripe for the imperialistic natures of some cultures. Mos Cocoa largely stays neutral in these conflicts, and serves more as a center of commerce than it does any actual political leaning.
Unfortunately, due to this, the city has begun to suffer as it was hit by a massive sandstorm, leaving most of the city completely covered. The daimyo of the city, an Ifreanivian, seems to be largely uncaring to the struggles of the townsfolk. This will eventually lead to potentially a period of political reformation in the town.
A gang of pig-adjacent aliens have begun to fester in the town, with their mafia-style enforcement beginning to take a firm grip on the roads. They stay in the corner of the city at their compound, which features a built-in bar, and a gladiatorial combat arena. It is a topic of debate in the city walls if the Piglads will bring a period of prosperity in the town. They don't seem to care.
