Chunk Challenge Martello Tower

Hello I am The_Stone_Mason and this is my submission to the Chunk Challenge solo build contest. This is a Martello Tower, Martello Towers or Martello's are fortifications made by the British from 1790 to the late 19th century. Usually they are 12m high and 36m wide, very squat but perfect at absorbing and returning cannon fire. Most Martello's have an officer and a garrison of 15-25 men. Because of the build restrictions I couldn't build it exactly as they are. They were mainly built to protect British occupied coastlines and harbors. Specifically the one I built was inspired by the Prince of whales tower in Halifax, N.S, Canada the oldest Martello in North America. It took me about 1 and a half hours to build this. I built the exterior from memory and google images pictures. I then visited the real tower and took pictures to follow on the interior and touch up the exterior. Lastly a note is that the Prince of whales tower isn't fully furnished and the roof has been taken down, I built it as it would have looked like at it's completion in 1796. I hope you like it!
