This build is a reproduction of the Sainte-Foy church in Selestat. Built in the thirteenth century in the Romanesque style, in the heart of the city of Selestat, in the Bas-Rhin. It is located near the Gothic St. George's Church and the Humanist Library. Only a remnant of the former priory of the Benedictines and Jesuits, which she was the conventual church, it is listed as a historical monument since 1862.

The church is now downloadable in schematic ^^

A schematic is a file working with World Edit, all you need to do is drag the file into the schematic folder and go to the world you want and import it via a command:
// schematic load churchsaintfaith
// paste

What resource pack did you use? It looks really nice for medieval-style building, and I am planning on starting some projects soon that need a good, supportive resource pack.

Hi Ixsolis,

  If you are looking for some Resource Packs, that go well with the medieval style, I recommend   trying these.

  -   Erivale
  -   Conquest
  -   John Smith Legacy (Jim Stone Craft Edition

What is also very pleasing for the eye is a, simple, shadermod.
There are multiple tutorials online so be sure to check them out.

Yours sincerely,

KoenHendrks

KoenHendrks' proposals are good choices for the medieval, I have my preference for the John Smith, but for some reason I do not know the pack has trouble with my shaders. So I use Beyond the Land which is to my taste a rather polivalent pack (we can do something other than medieval with).

Hello there,

Going to start by saying ;"That build is looking good."

May i suggest some tips,
  - As the original picture shows, the building is really dated and has some different     textures in it's walls.
    You've already done a good job on trying to implement this in the build

   I would suggest implementing some more ; Mossy Stone brick, Cracked Stone brick     and normal stone in combination with Cobblestone as the main texture.

I would suggest using world-edit for this, as you can use the
    //replace command.

   I'd go for something like //replace cobblestone 5%98:1,5%98:2,10%98,20%1,60%4
    This should give you a fair amount of everything while still keeping cobble as the     main texture.

I hope this might help you and give you some ideas for the future.

Yours sincerely,

KoenHendrks.

Hi, first of all thank you.
It is true that this time I did not use my walls mix (I do not know why), I have the habit to make cobble andesite stone mix, it is nice of me proposed such a mix
