The name City 10 comes from the City 1 in China, City 10 will feature more than 5 hotels, residential area, a light rail connecting the area, Condo residential areas, Vila residential areas, with shops and roads.


Phase 1

Hotels:

Ji inn, Town x(Budget Hotel), around 115 rooms, Finished
Codename: Traffic(Premium Hotel) will have around 250 rooms, less than 20 floors, Currently Building
Alpha Hotels (Premium Hotel) will have around 200 rooms, more than 25 floors,
Grand Globe (Premium Hotel) will have around 500 rooms, around 24 floors,
The Maxwell (Luxury Hotel) will have around 50 suite rooms with an additional 15 villas

More to be added in Phase 2

Residential Areas:

1. Globe Drive: around 3 blocks, more luxury based and have the prime location, located near Grand Globe
   
2. Peace Town: located at the edges of City x, will have its own light rail station to connect with other areas of City x, around 10 blocks
3. Regent Town: located at the edges of City x, will have its own light rail station to connect with other areas of City x
