There was a bug where if a tower was disrupted and its crystal had already been destroyed, then it would remove invulnerability from the next closest crystal. I decided to remove the annoying and slightly confusing feature of having to plan exactly where the power disruptor dies, and instead just made it so that if a tower was destroyed it would be permanently shut down.
