The farm is basically complete, however, it will not work unless you wait for 1.3 or run 12w19a... All you need are cocoa beans and jungle logs. You can plant the cocoa bean on the jungle logs and grow cocoa pods. I will update this project after 1.3 is released to show the farm in action.

Nope, Cocoa Plants are coming to Minecraft in 1.3. They are already in 12w19a.

If you are talking about the snapshots they are posted on the minecraft wiki site, as will the pre-release testing jar for 1.3 when it becomes available. They are free to download.
