The Colasi River Delta is a large river delta that I created in world painter. It isn't based on any height maps. I was inspired to make this world after reading about an expedition to find the source of the Congo river. The river itself features high cliffs which hold back the sprawling jungle from falling into the raging torrents. To the east of the river beyond a small mountain range is a wide open savanna with few trees and to the west of the river are multiple tall peaks covered in snow. To the south where the river breaches the ocean there is a collection of lightly forested islands. Overall I find the world a nice quaint little one with a lot to see and explore. I feel it would be a nice spot to build a small house.
