I created a Skin that i call Color Slimy, It already got 5+ Downloads and i uploaded it about 30 Minutes back..

You can download this as a skin, you know. So it shows up as 3D. If you need to know how, ask me. But this is not the proper format to post your skin in.

On the top of your Planet Minecraft screen should be a little tool bar with Browse, community, projects... etc on it. If you click on the Browse button, it will fold down a menu. Click on 'Skins'. There you will be able to see the 'pop reel', and below it the most recently posted skins. Right under the pop reel and contest announcement, should be a button labeled "Post Your Skin!" Click that, and it will take you to the upload page. From there, fill in the information, make sure the skin format of 4pixels or 3 is filled in properly, and post! If you have any questions, ask away! otherwise it should be rather straight forwards. :)
