This is a modified vertion of sethbling's colored command blocks filter for MCEdit. This adds a new option while in the filter. It alows Random Unicode. Basicy if you've ever seen a person type random ACII on chat then you know what i mean. It is not complete because it still looks weird in the command block. But it dose still work fine.
