The display can output 16 different colored pixels using 1 redstone dot per pixel.
The color Hex signal is transmitted by a modified version of Maizuma's signal strength transmitter I created to fit in the display, because of it the time between input and output is pretty slow compared to 2x2 pixel displays.
To use it, you have to download and use the texture pack for recolored redstone dots!
