I thought of this while half asleep, so I doubt it hasn't been thought of and done before. But just in case it has never once before been concieved by anyone else, here is the first one ever made.

One more thing: If this is just completely idiotic and not in any way useful, I would appreciate it if you were to nicely mention it in the comments without sugarcoating it or including a death threat.

This has actually been done before, sorry :P They are pretty useful though, and it's much easier if you use fill instead of setblock.

Yeah, I kinda expected it to have been done, but I don't really see how you could use the /fill command to do something like this. If you activate the command blocks at the same time it doesn't make a clock; it simply stops after a round or two.

Well a fill clock works in basically the same way as a setblock clock, except you can make it a larger area if you want. If it only runs once before it stops, then your commands are probably running in the wrong order. Try making the one that fills air fill a redstone block instead, and vice versa.
