Designed to operate as a command vessel, lots of communciations and electronics equipment onboard as well as... command blocks! Hence the name, "Command". Ship is double-hulled so the ceiling doesn't leak when underwater, airlocks were also designed to operate underwater. Not a whole lot of windows on this one.
