I was building this complex for my server as a place to house a few server events, Spleef, PVP, a casino, etc. Unfortunately, my co-owner went on a rampage. And I lost inspiration. So take it if you wish, use it for what you wish, just credit me for the building itself, I don't like people claiming my work as their own, how little it may be... If I get enough requests I'll make a schematic. Also, If you need an admin, op, or even co-owner for your server, I could be of great assistance to you, I know how to configure most plugins, and I can build a bit, more or less.
