Originally built to celebrate the release of beta, after recently fixing the ladder (after the ladders bug fix) i decided to release it.

Complex includes 8 or * condos, waterfalls, an agricultural centre (really small) & a cactus farm.

Additional Notes

Two of the condos in this complex were used in 'Condo' by Xuberx under my permission, after slight modifications by him, & the server.
