Configurable pulser 2

hello there! before we actuelly gets into what this device is i wanna say something. so i havent been oploading lately and the main reason is that i just havent felt like it, and that has nothing to do with you guys or anything i just havent been in the mood for it, ok anyway im back now and i got big projects comming up soon.

so what does this thing do ? well it makes a number of pulses depending on how many items you put into a hopper, note that you cant make it do just 1 pulse, it has to be a minimum of 2 items or 2 pulses, i had this idea from my old project and it does prety much the same thing, this is just 1 wide and much more reliable
