You rendered the video with bad dimensions, I think you got them backwards, but next time use something like 720x1080 and the video will come out more clear.

i used the last free version of fraps .
It can record higher rez.

Yes but when you export the video in whatever program you use if it is not on the right setting it can turn a HD video into a non-HD video
