This control point takes everything into account in a 4x6x7 space. Perfect for map makers.
Features:-Reacts to the number of players within each command block's range.
-Automatically depletes by a controllable amount. (if at all)
-Accounts for one team having more players on the point than the other.
-Will stall if teams are evenly matched on the point.
-Adjustable capture speed.
Notes:
-adjust the clock length to change capture time
-fill hopper to adjust the desired depletion rate
-input must be 2 ticks in length
