This is just a house I built with 1.9 prerelease! It is NOT available to download, but I thought I would upload it because I thought it was cool!

Its cool, you can find the seed by doing this:
Push F3 (when your in your house)
At the Middle of the Left hand side there will be the seed.
Record it quick! (Lines will cover it up)(I would use pencil and paper)
