This is a pretty cool house with utilities to support a maximum of 4 people.
It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, a landing with four chests, two bedrooms and a gaming room. It also has a pool and garden.
NOTE: It looks best with the Dokucraft high resource pack, which I have enclosed in the file.
