Created for 1.3.2 but newer version of Minecraft should work fine
I decided to play around with Tripwire making a redstone device that could track the player.
while doing so I created a small example in a few ways that a map could track the player
people have thought of these idea's before but im not sure if someones tried to create something in depth
So I created a small adventure map (very small) where you try to get to a tomb and collect all the treasure
it's a flatmapI would suggest using Normal difficulty.
use adventure mode so you don't accidently break torches
only hit the lever in the tomb once
game is reset able, but it takes work (to refill dispensers, or fix anything that breaks (ex.creeper)
I would suggest just backing up the original
game includes a small example beside the "adventure" that shows how the tracking system work. the adventure has a couple variations of it.
I would suggest turning your sound up a bit
have fun
