Hello, Here at our Correctional Facility we make sure the world's most dangerous convicts can never escape. Infact, we have allied with the S,C,P Foundation to utilize our Convicts. When we can't hold much inmates, we just tell them they are being transported to a new Facility but, Little do they know they will become Class-D's of the Foundation. But the Foundation typically likes inmates on Death Row, which we can supply with but it's very hard... Wish to help out our Facility whilst assisting the S.C.P Foundation aswell?
