I found the idea of a Apartment Complex which surrounds in terraces a central Courtyard garden quite interesting, so I began building one. This is certainly more excinting then regular Flat Buildings.
The ground floor needs some more shops and stores, but by now, the flats are complete, also the lofts in the "Towers" at the corner, the Courtyard garden, aaand the arcades.
Every Flat has its own kitchen, bath-, living-, and bedroom. In total there are about 700 beds, allocated in 3 different flat types and some lofts.
In absence of other white or colourful blocks, the building consists widely just of wool, therefore it's easily inflammable ;-)

I added the last stores to the groundfloor, including supermarket, swimmingpool, bars, nightclub and a restaurant.
