So I was playing around with mcedit and and i was stacking mobs and then i found out that you can stack any kind of entities and so thats how i got these awesome cows...

Thats pretty cool, do you think it would be possible to put a normal minecart (for riding), on a spawner minecart, on a cow, on a bat? Rideable flying firework cows!

I used mc edit to make a boat ride one of these and then i rode the boat and the cow ran away to an npc village lol
