Well when you download a world ou must open up the zip file or the rar file when tht is done leave that window open. Then go into your file browser and use the bar at the top and type %appdata% then find minecraft it should on the top. When you are there open the saves folder. Drag the file from the zip orrar file in to the saves and you are done!

P.S. this is for windows only
