Difficult to place this one, it's a spaceship but it's a crashed spaceship; so it's not in the 'air'.

However when building the ship I got the scale wrong and it is probably more than double the size of the ship it is supposed to be...  With all that extra space I decided to make the middle section into a ship hanger and put a Corellian freighter in there and several Naboo fighters.
