Im working on a ton of cool mobs that i created!

    This includes:

                           HELLBAT
                                     the hellbat flies, while also shooting fireballs!

                                  TROLL
                                         the troll seems like a normal villager... until you try to trade. BOOM!

                                  HAUNTED ARMOR
                                                floating armor! if you are making a haunted houseCustom Mobs! Minecraft Map map, use these!
                                                    
                                        FLYING POOP
                                                   a "walking turd"
                                    
                                             MIST ENDERMAN
                                                            an enderman with TONS of particles!

                                               CUDDLY COMPANION
                                                            a buff-giving pet!
                                                    
                                                                im going to need some suggestions for more, though. comment if you have an idea! 
                                            i would love it if this was made into an adventure map!

A wither skeleton head that follows you around and shoots fireballs at hostile mobs.

Boomer: exploding zombie. based off a creeper
Pukron: zombie that spits acid. based off a skeleton
Splitter: zombie with the same ability as a slime.
Telly: teleporting zombie
Crawler: based off a spider, appears to be crawling
Demolisher: large zombie, very tough
Walker: basic zombie, citizen clothing
Runner: very fast zombie
shrieker: baby zombie, deafens player, slowness debuff.

One Easy idea is a mob who can't do damage wearing a Wheatley head. (/give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:Wheatley}) He'll follow you around and do Wheatley things.

im' planning on making different types of cuddly companions, like a strength one, a fire resistance one, etc.

Another idea is a Night Fury that you can tame so it becomes TOOTHLESS! If you're a book fan than you can make the dragon small and green and harder to tame.
