I am going to be starting the coding for this mod in 1.4 and get all the textures done before that (hopefully).
But I need some ideas of what people want. So far I only have 1 question so please answer it.

1.Do you want to be able to dye your sword different colors?

Thanks for the support and I have already been thinking about new ideas for adding swords like being able to mix in emeralds and cool stuff like that.

ok this idea is AMAZING i will be here waiting for this mod to come out i have no idea what you could add and the idea of dyeable swords would be pretty cool
