Thanks. dont know about the diamonds though. I have a two theories:

A, I cant build
B, I dont build a popular stuff.

But i dont mind, I am building for fun. Every time when i watch a TV show or playing a game that i love, I want to build some thing from it.

Well, it's based on Backstept's model which Ice-Dragon remastered. But you are right, the color pattern is from Ice-Dragon's "simple" render.

I was trying to contact Ice-Dragon for some kind of permission and close-up renders but he just vanished from the internet.

I know! He's just gone! I've tried to actually find his 3d models but (if he ever uploaded any) they're not there anymore, just a few really great looking photos...

So anyway, your ship looks great! Did you use a 3d model or did you build this by hand/mcedit?

Most of the work was done on port side of the ship and then flipped by MCEdit. It's done mostly by hand. I used rendered skeleton to know where are certain parts but most of the work is done by hand and MCEdit

That's cool, I haven't taken the time to learn how to use blender or any other 3d software, so I always just make an outer shell first by switching between MC and MCEdit. It takes forever and I haven't quite figured out curves yet, but it can make TOS ships pretty well. After making the outer shell I add detail.

Also, I just uploaded my first project. I'd apreciate some feedback.
