There was once a great civilization of desert nomads who lived upon the backs of the Daliphant. However, they were almost completely wiped out by Tzchaolin's Genocide. Today, only this Daliphant remains. Daliphants have a very long lifespan, and this Daliphant has continued to support a small town hundreds of years after the Genocide. This town pales in comparison to the once great cities of the Daliphant civilization, but it is all that remains of them.

Additional Notes

I made the desert with Worldpainter and recorded the video using Minema and Camera Studio.
