Dansberg Residence

Hi guys, got a new PMC post for you.

The entrance to the house is preceded by a basic bridge over a small garden. The T shape form comprised by the overhanging roof and the vertical wall is the house's key feature. It is different from any other of my houses, so I decided to use it. The floorplan is a very simple open plan, consisting of 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 closets, 1 kitchen, and 1 dining area. By using up a large portion of the plot for the upper floor, the bedrooms were placed in a basementy fashion, still receiving plenty of natural light from their position. From the bedroom's private garden there is also an exterior access to the main platform of the house.
