--BACKSTORY--

Before the war ended in early 2032 the new founded city of Benoit had became the focus of the US Military Strength, with many forts overlooking the harbour. The land at the end of Newfoundland between the Tsarvo and the great Miner Highway had became a medium sized Industrial-military city between mid 2020-2032 The university of Sandhurst had designed many new combat and scout frones, as well as new protocols for the US Military.

This small area of Benoit was hit by Two SS-18 "Satan" Nuclear warheads, destroying much of the city, but the University and the blocks around it were left untouched, only exposed to unpredictable flooding and leaving eroded sand

Since Electrical power is only used for Essential machinery, Many electrical music types are faded out after the war. Other Genres like Jazz and swing have made a comeback into the survivors of the former United States.

The year is 2098
