How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is an adventure map that I made. It uses mainly command blocks and redstone and stuff.I won't spoil things for you, though...
There are a total of 3 boss fights and is complete!! This is like a fantasy map, and has its own bosses,(not new actual bosses, but strong mobs re-named......

If there are bugs please comment!!!!!
