Derelict - FlyBoys Skirmish Map

So the Flyboys played it, check out their vids at the bottom of this description!

After watching the most recent skirmish between the Flyboy teams and seeing that they're using different maps I decided to give building a go after a long break from Minecraft. The mods those guys use (and their videos) are probably the only reason I'm interested in Minecraft at the moment.

The map is set in an abandoned overgrown factory/depot of some sort, most of the ideas I had came from screenshots from STALKER so hopefully that atmosphere translates into Minecraft alright.

The idea for this map is obviously to be used for skirmishes, I put a lot of thought into lines of sight, movement flow and tried to add a subtle verticality to the map. Some areas were easy to add lines of sight to, others not so much, the hardest parts were making open areas have enough cover without making them feel less open. I wanted it so you can see across at each building but also have some blindspots so theres always a chance to get caught out somewhere as there are many different access points into each area, this helps with movement around the map and gives people a choice of which route to take.

You'll have to use Flan's mod to set up the teams etc. This is literally just a map.

Also, that chimney I made looks terrible, if anyone has any ideas on how to make it look a little better, plz lemme kno.

Mods Required:

Artifice - I used alot of the custom blocks
Carpenter's Blocks - I dont think I can play minecraft without this anymore
Custom NPs - Used the crates and barrels and that kinda thing
Flans - For shooting each other
Better Foilage - Not required but adds to the whole overgrown vibes
