If you can navigate your way trough the maze without getting killed, you may use it in any of your builds :)
Easiest way to remove everything but the maze is using world edit, set a region and change sand to air
Have fun!
Oh right, there is more stuff in the world than just the maze, use it as a voxel-laboratory to practice new techniques n stuff, so you might be able to find some other things in there if you feel like running around.
